We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Clerk to join our Finance Department. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and takes pride in accurate, high-quality work, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Accounts Payable function.
• Process supplier invoices, bank transactions, in our accounting software, securing the correct approvals.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, including the posting of general journal entries.
• Reconcile schedules for prepayments and accruals on a monthly basis.
• Preparing monthly bank reconciliations.
• Provide full support to the revenue reconciliation team.
• Provide general administrative support to the Finance Department.
  
  

What You Bring to the Team

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar accounting role.
• A-Level in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organisational skills and a collaborative approach to working across departments.
• Ability to meet deadlines and take ownership of your tasks—both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A team player who can build strong relationships across the business.
