Job purpose : Assists the Administrative and Financial Manager in guaranteeing rigorous administrative and financial management of the company, ensuring compliance with the strategic orientations defined by general management and with company procedures.
Assist the Administrative and Financial Manager in his/her duties:
Check all accounting transactions and validate bank transactions
Ensure collection of customer invoices
Ensure compliance with accounting, tax and financial reporting deadlines
Produce accounting and financial documents, management statements and tax documents
Supervise annual legal documents and financial flows
Analyze the companys financial situation
Conduct negotiations with banks, authorities, etc.
Draw up budgets
Help meet the companys financial targets
Support investment and financing decisions
Develop management indicators
Ensure the compatibility of financial movements with US and French law, and pass on information to French and US management.
Participate in financial audits (internal to the Group and external - statutory auditors, tax audits, Group audits - SOX compliance).
Support and/or pilot management solutions for financial information systems
