Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert for investment accounting and reporting
- Ensure proper controls are in place and operating effectively, and execute internal controls
- Maintain tri-party reconciliations of investment positions to custodians and asset managers
- Review and ensure timely clearing of open investment payables, receivables, and suspense transactions
- Collaborate with internal investments and treasury teams
- Communicate with third party asset managers, custodians, and accounting providers
- Prepare account reconciliations
- Record manual journal entries
- Prepare GAAP and statutory financials and financial disclosures
- Communicate investment portfolio information to GE Aerospace, NALH senior management, and regulators
- Fulfill external and internal audit requests
The base pay range for this position is $95,900.00 - 127,800.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary This role is expected to close on January 24, 2025

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in accounting
- Financial services industry and investments experience a must
- Experience working with custodian banks and/or treasury functions
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Proficient use of financial systems and MS Office
- Strong problem identification and resolution skills
