Role, Essential Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, and post payroll-related entries.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting and audits.
• Support development of financial forecasts, budgets, and trend analysis.
• Aid in inventory reconciliations and internal process improvements.
• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure timely, accurate financial operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Previous corporate accounting experience (preferably 2+ years).
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger procedures.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Sage Pro a plus.
• Detail-focused with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
