- Ensure the smooth running of internal processes, in collaboration with various departments;
- Monitor and coordinate the progress of internal projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Follow-up on files and training;
- Ensure the smooth transmission of information between different teams and departments.
- Prepare and archive department-related documents.
- Provide administrative support;
- Maintain certain data on the companys intranet portal.
- Write reports in a Windows environment (Word & Excel).
- Coordinate programs.
Work Conditions:
Status: Permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours
Location: Les Cèdres, Qc.
