We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Manufacturing Engineering Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for restructuring existing Micron Plans, supporting new Micron Revs, and assisting in the Major Assembly Area. This role is crucial for keeping our MES System up to date with all new revisions and constant changes, thereby maximizing engineering time for development and floor support.
Responsibilities
- Restructure all existing Micron Plans, including Kits.
- Support the creation of all new Micron Revs.
- Assist in the Major Assembly Area.
- Maintain the MES System with up-to-date revisions and changes.
- Export reports from various systems and update an Excel spreadsheet daily.
- Track actions related to tests, inspections, and operations in coordination with Quality, Test, and Production teams.
Essential Skills- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with data entry and administrative support.
- Ability to work with MES Systems and Solumina.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience in quality control and assurance.
- Proficiency in creating and managing detailed reports.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
