Description:WHAT WERE DOING
At the RMS Sikorsky West Palm Beach (WPB) facility we are looking for a hardworking and dedicated administrative support specialist to join our team of the most highly qualified personnel in the industry! Are you looking to join such a team?
THE WORK
This is a fast-paced, challenging position, where high performance and quick action is expected supporting the Operations organization. This position will support overall RMS internal/external site meetings and event coordination, as well as supporting visiting customers, VIPs, and Lockheed Martin executives. Primary responsibilities include preparing logistics for customer meetings (room reservation, catering, facility preparation, security, etc.). Assist visitor with maps, directions, hotel accommodations, local amenities, and internal resources and provide visitors with local instructions and resource requirements.
The administrative support specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
• Provide support for business operations including: coordinate, compile and prepare documentation and reports: compile and edit weekly and monthly status reports and IOIs; edit and release department procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure requests for action or information are relayed to the appropriate staff members as needed.
• Experience using SAP P2P to create purchase requisition, order/maintain office supply inventory, printer inventory/supplies, Pcard purchases, event card, travel card and reconciliations.
• Perform additional special assignments as required in support of the FTE staff.
• Prioritize, plan, and organize team events and execution of employee morale, employee events, community engagement / volunteer events such as group outings, luncheons, all-hands-meetings, etc.
• Support hiring managers with new employee onboarding with tasks including setup desk, phone, etc.
• Maintain computer asset tracking, fire drill, organizational charts, and other misc. rosters
• Provide calendar management coordination and conference room reservations.
Please Note: Overtime and schedule flexibility may be required to meet specific deadlines.

You will primarily be supporting the RMS Sikorsky WPB FTE team. In addition, this position will provide ad-hoc support to the RMS Sikorsky Director-General Manager.

Basic Qualifications:

Five years of administrative experience, prior executive secretary experience preferred. Self-reliant, and show initiative and good judgment. Ability to anticipate requirements of business leaders. Flexible with the ability to multitask.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
