We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Product Manager to join our growing team within IA (Industrial Automation) Honeywell Sensing Solutions (HSS) business unit, to be based in Motherwell.

Responsibilities
- You will be allocated a Aerospace vertical within our 3 vertical spanets of interest.
- You will develop and maintain the business knowledge and understanding of the opportunity and pain points in the assigned vertical and subvertical. You will lead the existing product lifecycle management in the region. Monitor and control the subvertical revenue, order intake, profitability, NBO, NPI. Propose and implement individual pricing and positioning
- Provide clear and comprehensive internal/external communications. New Product Introductions leading to meeting the expectations for NPIs in the vertical and subvertical
- To be responsible for the regional spaneting input to NPI based on the subvertical and vertical needs. Complete and compile VoC interviews to figure out customer needs and functional requirements for new products and assist throughout the NPI process as key spaneting contact.
- To maintain a close and regular view of spanet conditions for specified spanet segments. Undertake spanet research on designated projects required to identify new industry trends / product opportunities, competitor activity.
- To ensure that the customers are fully aware of all aspects of the portfolio, its products, strategy, pricing and customer services. Support of the annual sales plan.Efficient management of indirect expenditure
Qualifications
- A background within mechanical, or electrical, or Transportation, or Industrial or Sensing Technologies is beneficial.
- You will have experience within a product, or customer spaneting position.
- Understanding of B2B environment
- Aerospace Background, Excellent spaneting, or engineering capabilities is highly beneficial.
- Strong communicator, with a high level of interpersonal skills, ability to present to audiences
