Are you ready to turn data into powerful insights that drive decision-making across Virgin Atlantic? As an Analyst - Analytics & Insight, you will conduct detailed data analysis to generate meaningful insights across cross-functional areas, playing a crucial role in supporting enterprise-wide projects with your analytical expertise.
In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to meet data analysis needs for key initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights that shape business strategies. Your commitment to promoting best practices will shine as you develop and maintain documentation on analytical methods, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all outputs.
You will also provide technical support and guidance to directorate-specific analysts, leading training sessions and workshops to enhance their skills and encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration. Your ability to make complex data understandable will be essential as you present insights to non-technical stakeholders using impactful data visualisation and storytelling techniques.

- Perform data analysis to support decision-making processes by delivering valuable insights.
- Collaborate with teams from various departments to identify business needs and create analytical solutions.
- Develop and maintain data models and analytical methodologies to enable efficient, actionable insight.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to the correct audience
- Monitor data quality and ensure data integrity.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong emphasis on effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with strict deadlines.
