We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architecture Analyst to join our IT team. In this role, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise technology architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, an understanding of architectural frameworks, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams. This role involves working closely with IT architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to support the development and implementation of effective IT solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Architecture Analysis and Documentation
- Assist in analyzing current IT architecture to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain architectural diagrams, models, and documentation to provide a clear view of the IT landscape.
- Contribute to the development and enforcement of architecture standards, policies, and best practices.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with architects, business analysts, and IT teams to gather and clarify requirements.
- Support the alignment of IT solutions with business strategies by facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist in creating and maintaining IT roadmaps that outline the evolution of the technology landscape.
Technology Evaluation
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies and architectural patterns to recommend improvements.
- Assist in analyzing the impact of proposed technology changes on existing systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and organizational guidelines.
- Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and project prioritization.
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT architecture, systems analysis, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in tools such as Visio, ArchiMate, or similar architecture modeling software.
- Experience with cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
