Key Responsibilities:Network Planning and Scheduling is responsible for determining the routes, aircraft types, and timings of one of the largest and fastest-growing networks in the world. Analysts are responsible for evaluating widebody fleets within the United Airlines network and making adjustments to optimize aircraft schedules with consideration to operational criteria.
- Assist with the development of aircraft schedules that meet operational criteria considering items such as aircraft flows, turn times, equipment type compatibility, gating constraints, crew availability, and other parameters
- Assist with the analysis of network and fleeting constraints to determine long-term fleet strategy
- Work cross functionally with commercial and operating groups to ensure viability of network plans
- Analyze fleet deployment to improve revenue and minimize costs
- Perform ad-hoc analyses on the profitability of United Airlines route network and fleet
QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):- Bachelors degree
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
- 0-1 years professional analytical work experience
- Complex problem solving through independent critical thinking skills
- Quantitative analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

The base pay range for this role is $52,725.00 to $71,830.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
