airBaltic is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving business decisions and strategies through comprehensive analysis and insightful reporting. Analyze operational, financial, and customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics

Assist in the formulation of business strategies by providing data-driven insights and recommendations

Identify opportunities and drive projects for optimizing business processes and enhancing operational efficiency

Develop financial models to forecast revenues, expenses, and profitability

Evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives and provide scenario analysis

Take active part in company budget preparation

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in analytics, preferably finance data analysis

Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to draw data-driven conclusions

Experience with financial modeling and forecasting

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Power BI

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

Proven written and verbal communication skills in English
