What You Will Do
Proposal Preparation and Coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for proposals.
- Review and analyze proposal requirements to ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Assist in drafting, editing, and finalizing proposal documents
- Responsible for coordinating with team members to meet submission deadlines and maintain detailed records of all submissions.
- Schedule and lead proposal review meetings to ensure alignment on quality and deadlines.
- Coordinating and retrieving subcontractor/vendor quotes and agreements in support of the proposal management.
Data Management
- Enter and update Request for Proposal/Quotation (RFP/Q) information in the company’s database.
- Ensure all entries are complete, accurate, and updated in real-time.
- Implement checks to verify data accuracy and monitor RFP/Q timelines, following up on pending actions.
Reporting and Analysis
- Develop and generate regular reports on proposal activities and outcomes.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights that aid in decision-making.
- Maintain and update reporting templates to reflect current needs, ensuring timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
Gate 2/3 Administration
- Administer the Gate 3 approval process, ensuring all documentation is complete and approved
- Maintain records of all Gate 3 activities and decisions
- Liaise with key stakeholders to facilitate approvals and address any concerns
- Organize Gate 2 and 3 meetings and document outcomes
License & Distribution Management
- Maintain a detailed inventory of all licenses and their renewal schedules, ensuring timely renewal and compliance with licensing agreements.
- Negotiate and manage distribution agreements with vendors, building and maintaining strong relationships with distribution partners.
Technical Publications Oversight
- Oversee the production and release of technical publications, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with technical teams to gather content and manage timelines, focusing on existing publications to ensure materials are current and accurate.
Compliance Management
- Ensure all government Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain a thorough understanding of WAWF requirements and updates.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- 4 or more years of experience working with/coordinating contracts and contract proposals.
- 5 or more years of working knowledge of ITAR/EAR.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Strong written and verbal communication skilled.
- Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced role with strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with fixed wing propeller driven aircraft.
- 2 or more years of experience in a Business Development role.
- Proven record of working in a cross-functional team.
- Ability to influence others and take charge.
- Familiarity with FAR part 12/15.
- International FMS or USG Sales experience.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
