Job Title: Contract Administrator
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034 Hybrid — On-site two days per week after onboarding
Job Type: Full-time Contract (12 Months or longer)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (First Shift)
Pay Rate: $37.12 per hour
Eligibility: This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
About the RolePDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Contract Administrator to support aerospace repair operations at a leading Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility in Phoenix. In this dynamic role, youll serve as the primary liaison for both internal and external customers, overseeing the full contract lifecycle for military and commercial repair orders. Your attention to detail, analytical thinking, and customer-first mindset will directly influence operational performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage up to 150+ electronic repair orders daily
Administer commercial and military customer contracts, including acknowledgments, quotes, and invoicing
Interpret and execute customer contractual requirements accurately and efficiently
Maintain excellent customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
Ensure timely processing of orders to maintain service levels and avoid delivery or financial penalties
Assess and determine the validity of warranty claims
Uphold strict compliance with Global Trade regulations and government contract requirements
Required Qualifications Strong computer proficiency with the ability to manage high-volume transactions
Demonstrated experience in customer service and contract administration
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
Preferred QualificationsExperience with SAP
Familiarity with U.S. Government Repair Contract Administration
Knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations
Experience with CAV and PIEE platforms
Advanced degree in a related field

Pay Details: $37.12 per hour
