Essential Responsibilities

• Ensure timely deliveries on contract requirements for Critical Parts only – Short term view including equation requests

• Resolve delivery issues

• Ability to create partnership with Suppliers

• Creation and Management of recovery plan for ordered parts

• Enable communication with Quality, Engineering, Plants, Finance and Commodity to resolve delivery Issues

• Strategize to expedite deliveries

• KPI communication, analysis, reconciliation with supplier and improvement recovery actions

• On site visit suppliers when necessary

• End-User flow/data management

• Order book review

• Payment issue

• Input material control and Inventory management - support

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering disciplines preferred, from an accredited university or college

• Previous experience in similar role

• Preferred experience from sourcing/procurement/fulfillment/planning field

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Attitude to work in a cross-functional teamwork environment

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems

• Proven ability to lead projects

• Ability to document, plan, and execute programs

• Established project management skills

• Fluent in Italian and English

• Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required

Desired Characteristics

• SAP MM Module certificate

• Previous experience in an Aerospace company is preferred

• Previous experience in materials planning with foreign Suppliers

• Flexibility in organizing tasks and activities as needed by the Business
