Domestic Provisioning Operations Analyst Sr Staff - Level 5

Description:The selected candidate for the Domestic Provisioning Operations Analyst Sr Staff - Level 5 role will be the deputy to the Domestic Provisioning Manager supporting C-5, C-130, F-22, and F-16 Aircraft Provisioning teams.

Responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:

• Assist Provisioning Manager oversee daily activities of the 25 person Provisioning Team

• Manage overall cost, estimating, schedule and performance across all provisioning contracts

• Ensure accuracy and on-time delivery of contract and proposal deliverables (CDRLs, BOEs etc.)

• Track and perform program status reporting

• Coordinate and guide team on projects and job assignments

• Supports contract negotiations

• Provides oversight for spares modeling

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline OR 4 years experience in the absence of a Bachelors Degree

- Demonstrated experience in aircraft logistics (i.e. spares provisioning, supply chain management, item management)

- Experience collecting and compiling datasets from disparate data sources and performing analysis using mathematical and statistical techniques (i.e. Tableau, Excel)
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Logistics Support Analysis requirements

- Familiarity with SAP and Sustainment Inventory
Management Systems

- Experience problem solving and able to handle multiple
tasks

- Knowledge and experience with military aircraft
components

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Experience importing and manipulating data using Excel

- Cost accounting acumen

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
