About the Role:
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a passionate and strategic Employee Development Initiatives Specialist to join our high-performing Talent team in the aviation industry. This role plays a vital part in executing and supporting employee development programs, HR lifecycle processes, and strategic talent initiatives that directly impact how we attract, grow, and retain our most valuable asset—our people.
Working cross-functionally across departments and with international counterparts, you’ll bring insight, structure, and innovation to programs that shape employee experience company-wide.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead the execution of regional HR projects and development programs across the organization.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and digital teams to collect, analyze, and report on employee development data.
Support strategic planning and facilitate talent-focused engagements, including coordination and logistics.
Develop visually compelling materials and internal communications using tools like Google Slides and infographics.
Deliver high-quality, customer-focused service to internal stakeholders.
Generate data-driven insights into learning, development, and talent management through robust reporting and analytics.
Act as a liaison with HR Business Partners on the operational execution of development initiatives.
Maintain governance standards and ensure accuracy in data and process tracking.
Qualifications – What You Bring to the Table:
Required:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years in an HR function, with 2+ years of experience coordinating operational or development initiatives.
Proven ability to manage large datasets and generate actionable insights.
Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
Self-starter with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Proficiency with HRIS tools, data analysis, and technical systems.
Preferred:
Experience in the aerospace or aviation industry.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
Exposure to Workday and Google Workspace.
Additional language skills in French, German, or Spanish.
Working knowledge of employment law and HR regulations.
International HR experience or multicultural exposure.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Hybrid role: 60 onsite / 40 remote.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 30 lbs, and occasionally travel.
Regular use of office equipment; occasional work on or near the production floor.

Pay Details: $38.00 to $41.02 per hour
