Job Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field of study.
- 3+ years of experience in an Environmental role for manufacturing.
- 1+ year of direct experience in Federal, State, and/or Local environmental regulations.
- Fluent in reading and writing, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to conduct effective training sessions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- U.S. Citizenship per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong time management abilities, deadline driven, well organized, and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with ISO 14001 or similar environmental management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Completed 40-hour HazWoper certification training.
- Certification in environmental management (e.g., CHMM, REM) is preferred.
- Master degree in Environmental, Health, and Safety or related fields.
- Aerospace or Defense industry experience
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and initiatives.
- Experience in conducting environmental impact assessments.
- Knowledge of hazardous waste management principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation Data
Compensation range: $80,869.00 - $101,087.00
