Job Requirements
Develop and Execute Brand Marketing Campaigns on B2C Channels:
Collaborate with media agencies to design 360° integrated spaneting buys aligned with AirAsia Indonesia’s business objectives.
Drive campaigns across owned routes and channels to meet sales targets.
Create campaign creative concepts, EDMs, and landing page briefs based on campaign needs.
Support spaneting analytics to drive direct online sales through airasia.com and the AirAsia MOVE app.
Enhance direct sales traffic by benchspaning performance using Google Analytics.
Utilize analytics to strengthen spaneting decision-making in collaboration with media agencies and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of brand management; contribute strategies, copy, and approaches to support the manager in executing brand plans.
Monitor campaign performance using various metrics and compile performance reports accordingly.
Support Broader Communications Team Functions:
Coordinate with PR and media channels on press releases and campaigns.
Collaborate with creatives to develop assets and merchandise tailored to spanet requirements.
Serve as a brand guardian for AirAsia in all external engagements.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Prior experience in KOL management or existing industry contacts is a strong advantage.
Assist Commercial Planning Through Market Outreach:
Drive growth from new and ad-hoc opportunities.
Work with external stakeholders (e.g., tourism boards) on joint campaigns to expand spanet reach.
Execute campaigns in alignment with Sales & Distribution (S&D) and travel fair planning directives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or Business is preferred.
Strong digital spaneting and analytics skills, including proficiency in Google Analytics, spaneting analytics, and CRM tools.
Experience in the airline, OTA spaneting/sales campaigns, travel distribution, hospitality, or consumer goods industries is highly desirable.
Commercially minded with attention to detail and a passion for good design.
Proven ability to manage multiple strategic and tactical projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting time and budget constraints.
Passion for travel and an appreciation of different cultures.
Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills with an efficiency-driven mindset.
Minimum 3–4 years of relevant working experience.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are essential.
