· Ability to act and complete tasks independently with minimal supervision or support from team members.
· Excellent people skills, with experience leading and collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team environment.
· Excellent written and verbal presentation skills to communicate well with team members, customers, program managers, and senior leadership.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
· Knowledge of DoD Security forms and the personnel security clearance background investigation process.
· Ability to operate standard DoD Security clearance databases and tools, including DISS, NISS, and eQIP.
What You Need to be Successful
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
· 6 years experience in Industrial Security or Program Security.
· Completion of the CDSE Facility Security Officer (FSO) course and 5 years of Industrial Security experience preferred.
· Knowledge/experience with 32 Part 117 2001, 2003, 2004, & SEAD 3 Requirements.
· Possession of or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Level DoD Security Clearance is required.
· Knowledge/experience using Microsoft Office applications.
· Demonstrate excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
