About the Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Coffs Harbour as HR Administrator. The position is permanent and will be working 38 hours a week.
Job Responsibilities
- This role will partner with Manager HR, Asia and Australia, Singapore HRBP and Sr HRBP Leader Global/Commercial to ensure the Australia Site has the appropriate onsite HR support.
- Supports the recruitment process including posting job req on various platforms (Seek), screening of candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Manages employees onboarding, including initial medical and Alcohol & Other Drug (AOD) Screening.
- Prepares employment contracts, salary variation letters, certificates of employment, and other letters/documents as required
- Responsible for administration of HR policy and procedures
- Documenting policies and procedures and reviewing annually. Such as recordkeeping and maintenance related to employee personnel files
- Training records
- Responding to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, practices, training, and communications.

- Workplace bullying, harassment, DIB, wellness, etc.
- Front Line support for employee issues. Will partner with the Manager HR, Asia and Australia on grievances, etc.
- Conducts exit interviews and manages offboarding.
- Manage the health monitoring program of employees and compliance with regulation and SafeWork NSW and Workplace Health and Safety Queensland requirements.
- Be knowledgeable in and provide advice on the application of relevant Industrial instruments, legislation and Fair Work obligations.
- Provide general administrative support to Business Unit Managers.
