The Opportunity
In partnership with the ADF and the Commonwealth, Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) provides aircraft maintenance and upgrades, component maintenance solutions, technical support, mission-critical infrastructure support and training on some of the most capable surveillance, command, control, and combat platforms in the world.
BDA is looking for an HR Data Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role you will manage all aspects of reporting, data insights and recruitment ATS (Springboard) functionality.
This role is a 12 month fixed term opportunity, based in our Albert Street office in Brisbane City, working a hybrid arrangement between office and home.
As an HR Data and Systems Analyst at BDA, you will:
- Partner with the TA Manager and TA Specialists to identify regular and ad hoc reporting needs and translate them into actionable reports and dashboards
- Lead TA system and process improvements, including Vendor management
- Manage audits and compliance reporting requirements
- Collaborate with other functions including HR operations and payroll
- Troubleshoot and resolve systems issues and provide technical expertise to TA team members
About you
This role requires strong technical proficiency in HR systems and reporting, stakeholder engagement, and a passion for driving impact through data and systems.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Strong proficiency in HR reporting, Excel and data visualization platforms
- An understanding of the Talent Acquisition lifecycle and the metrics associated with high performance
- Demonstrated ability to manage and integrate multiple HR systems and tools effectively
- Strong project management and deadline delivery
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights in a clear, actionable way
