Tasks
What you’ll do:
- Provide professional support to customers in English & German (B2 level)
- Learn and assist with the Duty Travel processes (full training provided)
- Maintain accurate documentation and help keep our processes running smoothly
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver excellent service
- Ensure customer satisfaction with attention to detail and empathy
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
Who we’re looking for:
- Enthusiastic learners eager to grow in IT and customer service
- Language skills - both English and German at min. B2 level are required
- Experience with customers is a plus, but corporate experience is not required
- Team players with good communication skills
