The IT User Support Specialist will be part of the team responsible for providing day-to-day IT support to airBaltic employees. The colleague joining us will primarily focus on assisting our Technical Department.
We will entrust you toBe the first point of contact, provide support and assist users with all IT related issues
Install and prepare end-user equipment like computers, laptops, phones and others
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Windows, macOS, MS Office, e-mail, network and other software and hardware
Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment like MFPs, scanners, etc
Manage, configure and troubleshoot iOS, iPad OS, and Android mobile devices
Install and upgrade software applications
What you will need to succeedExcellent knowledge of MS Windows 10 and 11, MS Office 365, ability to troubleshoot software issues
Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, ability to troubleshoot hardware and peripherals related issues
Experience with Active Directory, Linux, macOS, mobile device management (MDM) and/or Apple device management would be an advantage
Good problem solving and analytical skills, attention to details
A team player with good communication skills
Fluency in written and spoken English
