The Import Compliance Analyst (ICA) supports the site’s import compliance program, with direction from the Group/Site Export Compliance Manager. The ICA assists with training documentation and delivery, confirms part classification, audit imports, and assists in monitoring to Group and local policies. Works cross-functionally with other departments to coordinate adherence to internal policies and federal import regulations.
Provides import compliance data-entry support, including import compliance licensing and review part classification compliance within ERP system
Ensure applicable import compliance requirements are adhered to partnering with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, operations, supply chain, HR, etc.
Supports group and corporate import compliance initiatives, both at the local site level and in close coordination with peers at other A&E sites. Shares experiences and collaborates across sites to improve the compliance posture of the A&E system as a whole
Participates in group- and company-wide calls, meetings and initiatives
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor or management
Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US Persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge: Understands fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of relevant regulations and import compliance functions
Skill: Demonstrated skill to work independently and proactively and in handling multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
Ability: Ability to work effectively across functional teams
Education/Certification: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Standard office environment in a manufacturing company.
Work requires substantial visual concentration on detail.
Occasionally, visiting the manufacturing environment may require the use of safety equipment such as eye-safety glasses, hearing protection, heel/wrist straps and others, and may cause occasional exposure to unusual environmental conditions such as loud noises, cold temperatures, dust or fumes.

Salary range: $83,245.0 - 102,258.80. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.
