Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. In this role you will be working with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain project schedules.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads preparation, development and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements
Supports the integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners of moderate complexity
Leads the development of program plans, schedules and coordinates with affected organizations, documents work statements and resulting schedules
Identifies and reports performance variances
Leads the review of proposed changes to the baseline
Develop and submit monthly CDRL schedule documents
Engage in proposal preparation and lead post-award execution
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience applying program / project management principles and best practices
Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Open Plan Professional (OPP), Milestone Pro, Microsoft Project etc.)
Experience working in a cross functional environment

Summary Pay Range: $87,550 - $118,450
