Educated 5-year degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology
> 5&43; years’ experience in this role or equivalent.
Expert Knowledge of ESM and its specific processes will be required.
Should be experienced in ITSM Tools; specially on the Servicenow tool.

Design, Build , enable, Implement and monitor our process item (not restricted to ITSM only)
Ensure for driving process governance at the Airbus Group level and worldwide, including alignment with AH, ADS, and roofs.
With the help of TREs, understand and support the operational challenges across domains.
Define, publish, and maintain documentation (including user guides, training materials, etc.), standards (manuals), operational guides, and best practices for the process.
Define, assess, and follow the implementation of new features or continuous improvement requirements in ESM tooling (ServiceNow) for the process based on value.
On demand or proactively, drive cultural change in the process (awareness, guidance, etc.) to ensure best adoption (including alignment with TRE or other POs if needed).
Define and monitor our process adoption, our KPI’s and efficiency through reports & Dashboards.
Identify and propose improvements to the process&39;s effectiveness and efficiency.
Conduct regular reviews and exchanges about improvements.
Enable or secure operational efficiency (e.g., production incidents in the process, regular operational meetings as CAB, etc.)
Be curious and Keep yourself informed about the tool and its standards. Avoid becoming a technical expert during the same process.
Analyze the impact of other major projects (upgrades, major changes, etc.) on the process and adapt if needed.
Ensure to work in collaboration with other process owners on transversal subjects, to support on any business critical topic.
