Overall Description
As a member of the Organizational Learning team, you will be instrumental in achieving our mission: We take charge of the development of our people to build the best aircraft in the industry.
What are your contributions to the team?
- Analyze training needs and participe actively in machine or technological changes
- Collaborate to support the arrival of new employees and the transfer knowledge initiatives for retirements
- Liaise with directors and leaders to evaluate training requests and needs and prioritize them to meet the requested deadlines
- Present performance indicators to management
- Establish plans to reduce compliance gaps
- Communicate with company stakeholders to ensure training strategies are deployed
- Support and coordinate special projects such as technological changes
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in education or training management.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a role in a manufacturing environment.
- Possess exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize work.
- Be an excellent communicator, both orally and in writing.
- Have a strong knowledge of learning management systems and a strong command of Microsoft Office.
- Have a strong knowledge of the aerospace manufacturing environment.
- Have a clever way to engage your peers and stakeholders so that they see you as an important partner that meets their needs.
- Foster teamwork by networking, bringing synergy to the team, and mobilizing resources for execution.
- Meet work obligations through effective work habits such as meeting deadlines and showing respect to others.
- Understand and integrate Transport Canada requirements.
