Description:You will be the Manufacturing Planner for the PAC-3 CLS (Ground) Production team. Our team is responsible for all the launcher production parts that go through Dallas & Lufkin, TX as well as Ocala, Florida sites.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Planner, you will be responsible for all parts needed for the launcher builds; from loading the requirements, to tracking parts with Global Supply Chain, and notifying & monitoring production of build impacts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working in the Production, Planning and Control organization as a Scheduler, Make, Buy or Bill of Materials (BOM) Planner.
- Coordinating interdepartmental activity with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, inventory control, traffic, contracts administration, etc.; schedules and expedites the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers and requests for shipping orders.
- Requires travel and/or communication to all sites and vendor locations.
- Work outside of the normal operating hours may be required.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in
a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• 3+ years of professional experience
• Ability to obtain a security clearance. An
Interim Secret clearance is required prior to
starting.
• Experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Possess knowledge of lean manufacturing
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving,
and multitasking skills
Desired Skills:
• Inventory Control and material handling

• Green Belt trained / certified
• Ability to understand engineering drawings and

• APICS Certified in Production and Inventory

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
