This is an exciting opportunity to join our European Marketing team at an early stage in your career. While the initial focus will be on events coordination — a critical pillar of our spaneting strategy — you’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of spaneting activities with the opportunity to grow into a broader, more strategic role over time.
We’re looking for someone curious, energetic, and eager to learn. Someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves, take initiative, and help us create meaningful experiences for our customers and internal teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Event Support & Coordination
Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events, including logistics, attendee communication, supplier liaison, supp and presentation content preparation. - Campaign Management
Create and manage campaign links in Salesforce, helping the team track engagement and ROI for each event and campaign. - Customer Experience Centre Support
Support the coordination and potential growth of our Customer Experience Centre programme, ensuring visits and experiences are well managed and impactful. - Marketing Operations
Manage administrative processes including supplier paperwork, purchase requests, and merchandise inventory for the European store. - Internal Collaboration
Build a strong working relationship with one of our business units, supporting the flow of spaneting information and updates. - Social Media Support
Draft engaging LinkedIn content linked to spaneting campaigns and events.
Qualifications
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR- A recent graduate or junior professional in spaneting, communications, business, or a related field. Those without demonstrable experience should show a strong spaneting mindset,and be able to clearly articulate spaneting concepts
- A motivated self-starter who’s curious, creative, and keen to develop a career in spaneting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Any other key European language would be a plus
- Organized and detail-oriented, with an ability to manage multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
- A collaborative team player who’s proactive and responsive
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus, but not essential
- Basic project management skills, and/or experience with Monday.com, is also a plus, but not essential
