Join our team as Marketing Coordinator in Frankfurt, Germany to join the Central European Marketing team at Qatar Airways. This role focuses on developing and implementing strategic marketing activities for the Central Europe region to drive revenue and ticket sales, aligning with our strategic objectives.
It also involves maintaining Qatar Airways brand image and communication standards. This is an office-based position with potential travel across markets.
YOUR ROLE
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the below:
- Developing and implementing B2B and B2C campaigns to meet revenue objectives and KPI targets.
- Independently lead a selection of Airport Partnerships, Tourism Board campaigns, and sponsorship activations to drive awareness and revenue in the market.
- Work with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve your business objectives (including sales, finance, data analytics, consumer research, creative services and media agencies.
- Contribute with local customer expertise wider Regional Marketing Team in the amplification of regional promotions to achieve campaign targets.
- Observe and comply with all procurement, finance and contractual policies and procedures to ensure the region is compliant with company requirements.
- Maintain brand, messaging, style and tone consistency in all marketing artwork and messaging.
- Assist to deliver events and exhibitions to the required QR standard.
- Producing post-activity and campaign evaluations, identifying effectiveness of activity and quantitative ROI.
- Performing other marketing duties related to the position as directed by the Marketing Officer or Regional Marketing team.

QualificationsYOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing with ideally foundational marketing generalist experience.
- Ideally a Bachelor’s Degree in a Marketing, Communications or a relevant field.
- Excellent knowledge of Word/ PowerPoint/ Excel.
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and coordinate projects.
- Commercial acumen and attention to detail.
- Team player with positive attitude.
- Responsibility for ongoing personal development and growth of experience.
