Position Summary
MAG Aerospace is seeking an experienced Operations Support individual to provide high level operations and analytical support to the PL SSW Team. This is a growth position that will include efforts in optimizing user system interactions to improve performance, reduce workload and enhance mission effectiveness. This role serves as a critical liaison between end-users, engineers, designers, and program stakeholders, ensuring systems are user-friendly, reliable, and operationally effective. The ideal candidate will bring operational expertise, experience in training and evaluation, and human-centric design principles to support the development of robust systems aligned with mission needs.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing team with multiple opportunities for upward advancement supporting EW&C. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinates procedures and processes relating to logistical support for hardware, software, supplies, and services required by projects.
- Assists in detailed planning for complex management projects, issues, and initiatives and provides support for risk analysis and tracking performance of projects.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure systems meet operational usability requirements.
- Support the development and validation of HSI requirements based on end-user feedback and mission objectives.
- Provide recommendations to improve cognitive load distribution and usability for end-users.
- Leverage experience in emergency operations and real-time coordination to inform system interaction design.
- Collect and analyze user feedback from exercises and operational assessments.
- Incorporate findings into system refinement and corrective action plans.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, leadership, and end-users, fostering alignment on HSI objectives.
- Facilitate after-action reviews (AARs) and monitor corrective actions for continuous.
- Plans, organizes, and evaluates work of participating members and organizations that have relationships to the project. Applies a broad knowledge of program management to accomplish the management and administration of assigned projects.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Knowledge and Skills
- Experience collecting and analyzing user feedback related to operations, tactics, techniques and procedures.
- Experience conducting usability assessments, operational evaluations, and leading after-action reviews (AARs) and implementing corrective action plans.
- Ability to work on multi-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proven verbal and written communications, and the ability to work on multi-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to self-start and multi-task in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
Clearance
- Must be able to obtain secret clearance threshold; with the ability to attain a TS/SCI.
Experience
- 5+ years of operational coordination, training, or incident management experience with a focus on user interaction and usability.
Education
- B.A. or B.S. in any discipline, experience in lieu of education acceptable.
Preferred Requirements
- TS/SCI DoD Security Clearance
- Master’s degree in Management, Human Factors Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience supporting HSI processes or applying usability principles in government or military environments.
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes (e.g., JCIDS, DAS) and related documentation standards.
Other Qualifications
- Approximately 25 required to Army and contractor locations with CONUS and OCONUS
- Ability to work in office/field/lab environments

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $137,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAGs total compensation package for employees.
