Job Description:
Main responsibilities:
Prepare the General Procurement Expenses Expenses Forecast for all functions of Space Perimeter.(Momentum). Granularity 4 Digit and per Sites
Follow-up of Purchase Order including Requisitions for all functions of Space Perimeter analysing what has been engaged, what has been paid and still remaining to be delivered and comparing it to the Forecast
Follow-ups on the procurement order requisition until the purchase order is created
Launch and follow-up actions on recurrent supplier inputs as needed
Manage various supplier information (performance) and pricing data in SAP and other Airbus Procurement tools
Data management, data collection and reporting development on purchase order requests
Analyse relevant documentation and insert relevant data on dedicated External Expense report (Momentum), MSOffice Excel and GSuite
Elaborate the monthly Expenses Monitoring Presentation on a monthly basis
Management and follow-up on the receipt of the purchase order by the appropriate parties
Management and check of the invoice register / amount
Process ad-hoc reporting for urgent customer requirements and events
Ensure regular two-way communication with strategic buyers in central Procurement commodities
Contribute to General Procurement Commodities on visibility of the Forecasted Spend for the Year per procurement categories (HMG) and associated monthly progress along the year.
Participate to innovation and digitalisation in the procurement process through the deployment of state-of-art processes and tools
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor degree or technical training background in procurement, logistics, supply chain or business administration or similar
1 year work experience in Procurement / administration or similar would be a plus
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including fluent in English both written and verbal. German or willingness to learn German is a plus.
Google suite knowledge is a plus
A strong ability to communicate effectively with the capacity to work across functions and will easily adapt and be open-minded to changing priorities, new tasks, etc.
A team player being comfortable with remote working
Open to some travel for business reasons as required
