Are you ready to put your experience to work on our P-3 Program, if so, our Defense Systems wants you to join our Team as a P-3 Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst level 2 or level 3. This position is located in Jacksonville, FL.Your duties will include:Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives. Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality. Advise management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed. Schedule equipment and personnel, confirms material supply and demands, prepare work orders or purchase requests for the production or purchase of components or parts based on a master production schedule, shop load and inventory requirements. Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilizes tools (i.e., Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques) to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas. Assist with conducting audits and provide input for proposals, will work closely with multiple sites – to include Cecil Field, and Corpus Christi and Lake Charles Material/Inventory Control in hangers.NGSkillsBasic Qualifications:This position may be hired at a level 2 or level 3.
1. Level 2: A minimum of 6 years of experience and a High School diploma or equivalent. A Bachelors and a minimum of 2 yrs or an Associates degree and 4 yrs may also be considered. Level 3: A minimum of 9 years of experience and a High School diploma or equivalent. A Bachelors and a minimum of 5 yrs or an Associates degree and 7 yrs may also be considered.2. Experience with data tracking/logging, project planning, logistics planning and scheduling3. Ability to work in a high paced environment while expressing clear communication at professional/executive levels while keeping the maximum effort of Production through analytics and Scheduling4. Understanding of aircraft O, I, and depot level maintenance5. Solid experience with Microsoft Project and required Configuration and Scheduling Software6. The ability to clear a DHS background Investigation.7. Pass/maintain the required Dept of Homeland Security background check.Preferred Qualifications: 1. P-3 modification/maintenance experience2. Military aviation specific experience3. Experience with aviation software packages/programs to include but not limited to SAP, 2AP, FFIT, FMT, CAMMS, JTDI, OOMA, ACN, NAMP4. A current Dept of Homeland Security Background Investigation.
Salary Range: $70,200 - $105,400
Salary Range 2: $86,600 - $130,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills and current spanet conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
