We are seeking dedicated and professional Passenger Service Agents to join our team at Dulles Airport. This is a part-time position where you will provide exceptional customer service as a passenger greeter and ticket counter agent. Responsibilities
- Greet passengers and provide assistance as needed.
- Manage ticket counter operations, including issuing boarding passes and handling customer inquiries.
- Ensure passengers meet baggage requirements and are aware of necessary passport documentation.
- Handle passenger issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain punctuality, arriving at the parking lot 45 minutes before shift, and accounting for a 30-minute shuttle ride to the terminal.
Essential Skills- Strong customer service experience.
- Excellent computer and typing skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, though this will not be a frequent requirement.
- Eligibility for an airport SIDA badge.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Previous airport experience is a plus.
- International travel experience is a plus.
- Comfortable working with a diverse population.

Work Environment
Work at the check-out counter at the airport. You will need to provide your own uniform initially: black suit jacket and slacks, white button-up shirt, and navy matte leather shoes with no embellishments. The role requires punctuality, with parking off-site and a shuttle ride to the terminal, and part-time hours ranging from 20-25 per week, potentially up to 30 hours during peak summer periods.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
