Summary of AccountabilitiesThe Planning & Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and planning schedules for aircraft projects.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities1. Coordinate and manage schedules for aircraft projects to ensure efficient use of resources and time.
2. Liaise with team members to gather visibility, availability, and schedule meetings, appointments, for upcoming events.
3. Communicate scheduling changes and updates to relevant stakeholders promptly.
4. Prepare and distribute agendas and materials for scheduled meetings.
5. Analyze customer and/or sales requests and requirements to prepare detailed and accurate quotes.
6. Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies in all planning activities.
7. Maintain a professional demeanor towards all customers, be courteous, informative and sincere.
8. Other activities and projects as assigned.

Education and Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or equivalent years of experience.
- Previous experience in aviation scheduling or operations planning is highly desirable.
- Strong Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Communication SkillsMust be able to read and speak English. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and other personnel.
Physical Requirements- Extended periods of sitting and occasional periods of walking, rotation, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
- Occasionally lifting up to 10 lbs.
Work Environment- Frequent exposure to general shop conditions, engine noise.
- Occasional exposure to aircraft exhaust, moving mechanical parts, lubricants, metals, and solvents.
