Tasks
Dependent on the assignment the tasks include the following:
- Providing clarifications, remedies, and tips to customers on the pool unit return process
- Monitoring, reporting, and carrying out periodic reviews and/or audits within the internal ERP on the inventory and equipment entries of pool units
- Improving the general return processes to reduce and/or prevent the increase of pool unit stock,in collaboration with the inbound supply chain
- Managing the KPI reports, analysing the return process, and establishing and fulfilling performance dialogues with customers
- Advising, guiding, and supporting process interfaces
- Identifying potential critical points or improvements in existing services by providing all necessary information for proactive input to the Customer Service Italy Team Leader
- Working with various systems such as SAP, t/track, etc.
Requirements
The ideal Pool Balancing Specialist should meet the following requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field is required
- Proficiency in English and Italian is required
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and SAP is required
- Previous customer service experience, particularly in the aviation
- Responsiveness, dynamism, flexibility in caring out assigned tasks
- Attention to quality of work and reliability
- Ability to prioritize activity assigned
- Cooperation skills
- Effective communication at every organizational level
- Service / Customer Orientation
- Building relationship based on trust with internal and external customers
