Program Planning and Scheduling

Pay Rate: $90 to $130.00

Duration: (12 months)

• 4/10 work schedule - 1st Shift

TEAM is 100% onsite Monday and Wednesday. some remote work is allowed after ramp-up.

Secret Clearance is required to start

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, including proposal schedule development, review/support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development.
• Advises the Program Management team when and if a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have happened, including factors that may impact delivery or cost.
• Ensure Communication and Cross-coordination with IPTs.
• Candidate will have experience utilizing Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis.
• Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
• Possess the ability to prepare status reports, metrics and make presentations as required.
• Must be a self-starter and have demonstrated Program Planning and Scheduling hands-on experience.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with Critical Path
• Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool
• Experience in schedule control processes, proposal development, internal & external audits, and project management integration
• Experience working independently across Technical Teams developing a basic level understanding of the technical product
• Experience with Capture, Research & Development, Production Scheduling Requirements, and dependencies between functions
• Must have experience with Microsoft Project
• Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input
• Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management)
