The Program and Events Manager is a key member of the Factory Sales Team with a primary role ensuring that the company’s customer-facing programs and events are well planned and smoothly executed. The position is responsible for the day-to-day tactical level management of customer facing programs, events, and marketing to ensure positive customer perceptions and experiences across the board when interacting with the company.

• Collaborate with internal staff and leadership on planning and developing specific digital and print media marketing, advertising, sales, merchandising, media communications, public relations, influencer marketing, retail brand marketing, and brand experience initiatives as directed.
• Manage the conception, planning, and execution of seasonal, annual, and long-term customer-facing programs, events, and marketing initiatives that continuously drive brand energy, fuel consumer demand, and help to strengthen connection with consumers in a positive way.
• Plan and manage corporate attendance at various national aviation industry events such as EAA AirVenture, Sun n’ Fun, Reno Air Races, the High Sierra Fly-In, and other smaller regional events as directed, including travel and booth logistics, outreach to consumers, in-person show attendance and post-event follow-up.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

• Minimum of 4+ years of program management related experience including: specific experience in General Aviation aircraft programs and events including developing marketing collateral, managing advertising, and event planning strongly desired.
• Previous experience in backcountry aviation culture, flying communities, or other related aviation and/or outdoor adventure experience is highly desired.
