Job Description:
Responsibilities:
SAP Platform lifecycle management with our ESP
SAP Platform monitoring
Performance analysis (resources, load balancing, Hints, Archiving, etc…)
Security guideline deployment (SSO, parameters, SAP note, sFTP, encryption, etc…)
Incident management, root cause analysis and associated improvement plan management
System refresh and upgrade management (SPAU/SPDD, BlueCopy, etc…)
Transports and project support (ChaRM, OSS call, ALE, Workflow, dumps, Interfaces, job scheduling, etc…)
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:
SAP Basis expertise in ECC6 and S/4HANA systems
Expertise on HANA DB management and Oracle
Problem-solving and proactive
English proficiency
Communication and coordination skills
Experience in SAFe methodology
