Due to the urgent nature of the role, candidates must have current and transferrable SC Security Clearance.
The role will include custom working where you’ll be classed as a regular remote worker with up to 90 of your time based at home and the remainder where you will be required to attend one of our main sites (Luton, Basildon, Yeovil, Edinburgh, Southampton)
As an SAP Functional Analyst, you will have a Global Trade Services based foundation in SAP consultation and will be required to support, design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals
What you will do as an SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) Functional Analyst:
• As an SAP Global Trade Services Functional Analyst you’ll have the opportunity to deliver projects from design to completion to achieve required business outputs
• May co-ordinate and supervise the activities of team members
• Opportunity to take ownership of and solve more complex technical problems and issues within your Global Trade Services specialty
• Prioritise work and time to deliver solutions to incidents, problems, change requests and projects meeting Service Level Agreements
• Work with the business to analyse requirements, design and deliver solutions
• Provide support for migration projects as and when required
• Customizing/Master Data maintenance in SAP GTS
• Understanding of ABAP for debugging purposes
• Understand the business requirements and be able to translate it into solution framework / architecture
• Opportunity to work with business experts and technical resources to facilitate incident & problem resolution
• Ensure effective communication with business and project stakeholders
• Obtain acceptance for all deliverables from the business
• Ensure adherence to internal and external standards for all solutions
Must have:
• Experience of implementing SAP Global Trade Services as a Greenfield project/Rollout to new Company Code.
• Design and implement SAP GTS solutions for our clients
• Experience working as an SAP Global Trade Services Functional Analyst
• In depth understanding of SAP Global Trade Services and ability to analyse new requirements and implement any required systems changes
• Ability to work closely with Business Stakeholders to review change requirements, seen as the SAP Global Trade Services Subject Matter Expert
• Previous experience of working with ticketing system (Service Now & JIRA)
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill
Nice to have:
• Experience of implementing SAP Global Trade Services as a Greenfield project
• Experience of using SAP Global Trade Services integrated with Customs Declaration System
