Required

• • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or Business Administration
  • 5+ years of IT and/or business experience, or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Scrum Master in agile environments.
  • Experienced in working within an agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and efficiently managing daily stand-up meetings.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Miro etc.
  • Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Communication Skills- The ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and management, capable of successful formal and informal communication, speaks and writes clearly and understandably at the right level.

Preferred
• Strong knowledge of airport operations, passenger journey touchpoints, and airline/airport systems.
