Job overview and responsibilities
In the analyst role, you will be responsible for performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, crafting user stories, triage issues, facilitate meetings analyze data and/or support functional/user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role you should be familiar with Agile scrum software development methodologies, have the ability to write great user stories and have a natural analytical way of thinking/problem solving and be able to explain difficult concepts to both technical and non-technical users.
- • Works on one or more projects both moderate to complex projects and manages projects of a limited scope.
• Overseeing a team of 10+ members, managing their daily tasks, including assigning defects and prioritizing them in consultation with business stakeholders.
• Creating visually engaging decks by leveraging data from Jira and other reporting tools, transforming reports into actionable insights.
• working within an agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and efficiently managing daily stand-up meetings.
• Collaborate with external teams to identify and address roadblocks faced by team members, coordinating with them to resolve issues and obtain ETAs for resolution.
• Creating Roadmaps and backlog prioritization.
• Creating and reviewing Business requirement documents.
• Monitor and report team progress and project milestones using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Guide the team in adopting agile principles and practices to enhance efficiency and delivery.
• Requires moderate guidance to manage work and time. - • Assist in planning and design of solutions via requirements gathering.
• Clearly document, communicate and maintain requirements/user stories and solutions and associated analysis.
• Create simple workflow models and process maps based on input from multiple sources.
• Lead and facilitate meetings with Technology and Business Partners to gather needs and requirements, solutions, plans, estimates and troubleshooting.
• Identify and remove road blockers for development team working with external teams if any.
• Prioritize product backlog ensuring business vision.
