Reporting to the Manager of Inventory Optimization, you will play a key role in optimizing revenue across a portfolio of routes.As a Senior Analyst in Revenue Management,you will leverage data-driven insights, market intelligence, and system tools to drive strategic decisions and support the development of a next-generation Revenue Management system. This role is critical to achieving key performance targets such as revenue per available seat mile (RASM), load factor, and yield.
Responsibilities
- Route Revenue Optimization: Manage a portfolio of routes, applying strategic levers and market insights to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Forecasting & Analysis: Monitor booking trends, demand forecasts, and competitive dynamics to identify revenue opportunities and mitigate risks.
- System Management: Calibrate and validate Revenue Management system inputs and outputs to ensure accurate forecasting and alignment with market conditions.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze KPIs such as RASK, load factor, and yield; adjust strategies based on performance insights.
- Customer Behavior Insights: Develop a deep understanding of customer booking patterns and price sensitivity to inform pricing and inventory strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with RMS, Pricing, and other internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive and aligned strategies.
- Process & Tool Improvement:Contribute to the continuous improvement of RM processes, methodologies, and decision-support tools.
- Innovation & Initiative: Identify and propose innovative approaches to revenue optimization in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Knowledge Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert on specific tools or topics; mentor peers and support onboarding of new team members.
