Position SummaryEffectively deliver and implement O&D demand forecasts and liaise with Route Management and Revenue Strategy team to achieve accurate demand forecasts and facilitate appropriate and optimal inventory settings and revenue maximisation for designated spanets
Key Accountability- Continuously analyse O&D booking performance and apply insight to manage accurate revenue management system O&D demand forecasts and information to ensure accurate and optimal system demand and inventory outputs.
- Conduct regular and detailed reviews of changes to spanet conditions/behaviour and booking patterns and apply appropriate demand influences to ensure consistency with trading conditions.
- Analyse internal and external on relevant holidays and special events that may affect demand forecasts to ensure appropriate inclusion in forecast calculations and routines.
- Alert Route Management and Revenue Strategy team and inventory and flight analysts of significant deviations to expected demand and participate in development of remedial actions.
- Assist in the formulation of pricing and inventory strategies for routes in designated spanets.
- Effective communication to share complex specialist knowledge, communicate strategies, route requirements and results.
- Assist the team Assistant Manager and Managers in decision making and collaboration when involving demand decisions.
Qualifications - A degree in a numerical discipline (e.g., Economics,Science) or a Business degree, with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in commercial and analytics.
Area of ExperienceExperience in Airline Revenue Management, Inventory or Commercial.

- Good communication and negotiation skills; presentation skills will be a recommendation.
- Creative problem solving and strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent understanding of Revenue Management and Pricing science, methodologies, practices.
- Accountability and ownership of area of responsibility and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
