Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Organizational Development Lead the design, development, and execution of employee-related activities and organizational initiatives.
Partner with leadership to support long-term strategy development, business goals, and implementation plans.
Review and evaluate strategic organizational challenges and recommend solutions for execution.
Provide continuous assessment and improvement of internal meeting and review frameworks.
Data-Driven Decision Support Analyze and summarize data to support organizational direction (e.g., budgets, workforce needs, training plans, facility/equipment requirements).
Create executive-level briefings and decision support materials.
Training Design & Deployment Develop, coordinate, and deploy training programs tailored to both leaders and employees on the production floor.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, suppliers, and partners to deliver high-impact training across the organization.
Lead the creation and delivery of large-scale training events, workshops, and logistics.
Project & Facilities Coordination
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
6+ years of relevant work experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master’s degree + 4 years’ experience, 10+ years of direct experience).
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated expertise in training coordination and data analysis.
Strong communication, facilitation, and customer service skills.
Experience supporting front-line production environments is highly desired.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge of organizational planning tools and data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Power BI).
Experience in manufacturing or aerospace environments.
Certification in training development, project management, or facilitation is a plus (e.g., ATD, PMP, Six Sigma).
