Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) 737 Delivery Operations is currently seeking a Mid-Level Staff Analyst in Seattle, WA.
The Seattle Delivery Center responsible for delivering 737 MAX airplanes to our customers. Our organization is a fast paced, dynamic environment where the staff Analyst will work to support long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives, including scheduling, staffing and Delivery Operations deliverables analytics. The desired candidate must have strong organizational, data management, and project management skills.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
- Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
- Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
- Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources. Delivers informational or technical materials.
- Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.
- Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
- Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.
- Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
- Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements. Develops and deploys localized training content.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or business operations environment
- Do you have the ability to see and understand the inter-relationships between components of systems and plans, anticipate future events, and apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance
- 5+ years of experience with managing and organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal direction
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems
- 5+ years’ experience working as a Project Management Specialist utilizing standard project management tools demonstrating requirements development, planning, and execution

Summary pay range: $81,000 - $87,000.
