What are your contributions to the team?
• Coordination and logistics of induction for new staff.
• Creation and updating of training materials, as well as new employee induction materials.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports related to organizational development.
• Assist in the coordination of cultural and professional development events and activities.
• Participation in continuous improvement projects for the area.
• Provide administrative support to the Organizational Development team.
How to thrive in this role?
- You are currently studying the final semesters of Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- You have interest in organizational development and talent management.
- You have effective communication and teamwork skills.
- You have the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- You have an advance proficiency level of English.
- You have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
- You have a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
