We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator with an Active Secret Clearance to support the development, maintenance, and security of mission-critical database systems. • Administer and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases (2016/2019/2022).
• Perform database backups, restores, tuning, and replication.
• Monitor performance and implement optimization strategies.
• Apply STIGs and security patches per DoD cybersecurity standards.
• Support database design, data modeling, and normalization.
• Automate maintenance tasks and write T-SQL scripts, stored procedures.
• Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CIA triad).
• Work within a classified environment and adhere to DoD security policies.
• Provide AUDS System Administrative assistance to Team Lead.
• Provide LAN technical support.
• Assist in management of computer systems equipment.
• Perform Client Support Technician (CST) duties.
• Maintain all system access forms for Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet).

• Active DoD Secret clearance (minimum).
• U.S. Citizenship (required).
• Minimum one (1) year of experience as a SQL DBA.
• Strong experience with T-SQL, SSMS, and database security.
• Familiarity with DISA STIGs, RMF, or DoD cybersecurity compliance frameworks.
• Ability to work on-site in a secure environment.
• COMPTIA Security+ CE or other IAT Level II certification (DoD 8570 compliant). IAT Level III also acceptable.
• Experience in government, defense, or intelligence environments.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and ETL tools.
• Familiarity with cloud-based SQL environments.
