Job Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Swissport, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, assessing, and selecting top talent across our entry-level ground staff operations. You will also partner with people leaders, coaching and advising them to ensure they have the information needed to make the best hiring decisions.
Your activities
Source, screen, and interview candidates for entry-level roles within ground staff operations.
Advertise job opportunities across multiple channels and implement effective sourcing strategies.
Advise and coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices and selection processes.
Ensure all candidates receive a consistent, professional, and positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Maintain accurate records and data in recruitment systems, supporting reporting and analytics needs.
Your profile
Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a proven ability to apply diverse sourcing techniques in a competitive candidate spanet.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of candidate screenings and interviews.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously while collaborating with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team.
