The Sr. Total Rewards Analyst will administer compensation programs, ensure policy compliance, support benefits initiatives, and collaborate with HR, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and Finance on these activities.
Responsibilities to Anticipate
- Administer compensation programs, including salary reviews and benefits enrollment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support new benefits initiatives and track changes, such as the dependent education process.
- Lead the Achievement Award Program, including nomination sheet maintenance, submission reviews, status confirmations, and budget tracking.
- Support the annual compensation planning (ACP) process.
- Conduct employee data audits and support the job leveling process.
- Liaise with RAY International Compensation, Government Relations, and Global Payroll teams for accurate data maintenance and processing.
- Respond to Global Payroll queries and maintain standard work documentation.
- Support employee data reporting requests and manage special payment requests.
- Support Health/Life Insurance activities during renewal processes.
- Collaborate with the HR Operations team for escalations, addition/deletion processes, and resolving issues with Finance/vendors.
- Update and maintain employee files and records with confidentiality.
- Provide knowledge of company insurance plans and coverage when needed.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration along with 2+ years of related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables), and PowerPoint.
